What is the typical lead time for shipping on simulators and cockpits?
Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery for large simulator frames and electronic bundles typically takes 5-10 business days via our specialized freight partners.
Are Trak Racer cockpits compatible with major electronics brands like Fanatec, Logitech, and Thrustmaster?
Yes, our cockpits are designed with universal pre-drilled mounting points to support all major brands on the market. We also offer specialized brackets for direct-drive wheel bases and high-end hydraulic pedal sets.
What is your return policy for electronic components?
We offer a 14-day return period for unused and unopened electronics. If a component has been installed or the manufacturer's seal is broken, a restocking fee may apply. Please contact our support team to initiate an RMA.
Do Trak Racer products come with a warranty?
All Trak Racer frames and non-electronic accessories come with a 5-year warranty. Electronic components, such as motors and displays, are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy sim-racing gear?
Yes, we ship globally from multiple regional warehouses (USA, EU, AU, and UK) to minimize shipping costs and import duties. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
