At Trak Racer, we stand by the quality of our racing simulators and electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team via the returns portal with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and components, to ensure the product is protected during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for verification.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
